Shop Carry Only What's Yours on Etsy
Every item in the collection is designed to honor the women
who are becoming beautifully unbound.

All About Unbound Daughters
Unbound Daughters™ creates personal totems for women choosing clarity, boundaries, and freedom.
Unbound Daughters™ is rooted in the emotional world of The Lies That Bind Mothers and Daughters, a book about the inherited wounds, roles, and stories so many women are taught to carry.
This shop was created for the daughters who grew up holding more than they should have, and for the women who are learning, slowly and bravely, to set it down.
Every quote in this shop is inspired by the journey of daughters healing mother wounds, rewriting old patterns, and becoming unbound. These pieces are more than words on everyday objects. They are small reminders for your nervous system, anchors for your healing, and gentle celebrations of every small win along the way.
An Unbound Daughter is not someone who has it all figured out. She is someone choosing truth over comfort, clarity over chaos, and healing over inheritance. Our products are not just fashion and accessories with slogans. They are totems of truth: quiet, daily reminders that healing is possible, boundaries are allowed, and you are allowed to carry only what is yours.

Each collection holds simple reminders for healing, cycle-breaking, and emotional clarity.
From color selection to mantra choice, every piece is designed as a personal reminder to release
what was never yours to carry, rewrite your story, and reconnect with who you have always been.
THE COLORS
Raven (Realization)
Raven reflects the bold, unapologetic and electric moment of reaching realization. The fierce joy of clarity,
the power of self-recognition, and the refusal to carry anything that isn’t yours.
It’s the color of freedom earned, boundaries reclaimed, and identity fully seen.
Solace (Healing)
Solace reflects the refuge after the storm, the personal journey that doesn’t need to be announced out loud.
It is the quiet healing no one sees, the peace you built without needing to announce it.
The Butterflies
In literature and healing, a butterfly cannot simply emerge; it must actively break free from
the confinement of its cocoon. The butterfly is not just a generic cute design; it represents the exact moment
a woman stops carrying inherited family weight and chooses her own path.
The Struggle
The cocoon represents the "lies that bind" the generational expectations, silent guilt,
and emotional baggage passed down from mother to daughter.
The Break
To emerge, the butterfly must shed its old casing. It cannot take flight if it tries to carry the cocoon with it.
The Flight
The butterflies represent the lightness of being Unbound.
It is the visual proof of your core mantras:
Carry Only What’s Yours
Carrying Only What’s Mine.
